We leveren op maat gemaakte ingrediënten aan deze klanten in de diervoederindustrie en streven naar een duurzame toekomst met minder emissies, onder andere door middel van een uitstekende lokale supply chain, ons eigen laboratorium en een sterk team.

We need your experience, skills and knowledge to grow the Dutch, Belgian, French and German markets. As a company we are Dutch based, located in the center of Utrecht. We work in a small dedicated core team of 15 professionals, with different backgrounds and expertise. Our core team is responsible for purchase, sales, logistics, operations, IT and quality control. We have our own lab facility in Utrecht and warehouses in the Netherlands. We work closely with service providers and local agents in other regions. Our team is very open, social and warm. We like to work hard and have a lot of fun together.   • You have 3-8 years of working experience in sales or account management within:
    • The animal feed industry, preferably with knowledge of dairy products
    • The dairy food industry, preferably with an interest in the feed industry
  • You are solution and service oriented, with a big sense of curiosity in others
  • You are a go getter, strong willed with social flair, who can also work independantly
  • You are able to connect with different people on operational AND strategic level
  • You want to add specific value to customers, building long-term relationships
  • You are able to speak and write business English and Dutch fluently
  • It is a pro if you speak German, French, Italian or Spanish
  • You have at least a Bachelors degree (HBO) in commerce, sustainability or agriculture
  • You are action oriented and like results; we understand impatience, so don’t worry 😉
  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week

  • Serving and growing current customers of Novades in the feed industry across Europe with our value proposition as a strategic base and our customer journey as guidance
  • Searching, finding and acquiring new desired customers within existing markets with our customer segmentation as a filter
  • Manage distributors and strategic service partners in markets outside BeNeLux
  • Account management, negotiations, contract management and stakeholder management on a daily basis, within a long-term marketing and sales strategy
  • Joining and organizing customer meetings on their location or our headquarters
  • Visiting fairs and events within our sector and markets for commercial opportunities
  • Joining daily and weekly team meetings of the commercial team and other teams
